„Golden Puck – 2013” starts on Tuesday Sport news
Annual tournament “Golden Puck” for school and yard teams will start with three games on Tuesday. This year in tournament will participate seven teams.
Teams could sign in until 22nd of January. Third year in a row this tournament will be organized byDaugavpils hockey club in cooperation withDaugavpils sports department and education department.
This year teams will be represented from secondary school №17, №13, №6 and Central secondary school as well as guests from Ilukste, Kalupe and Lithuanian city Zarasai. 81 players will participate in this tournament. Remember that in tournament can play children aged from 10 till 16 years. All preliminary rounds will be held at the fields of Daugavpils Children andYouthSportsSchoolonKandavas street17a.
It is planned to play 21 games but final games are planned in the middle of the February and them will be held at the Daugavpils Ice Hall.
