For two weeks workers of German city Magdeburg are staying in Daugavpils. The aim of their visit is the exchange of experience. Social workers have arrived, that’s why they attend social institutions of Daugavpils, chat with their local colleagues about the specifics of their work. Specialists from Magdeburg admitted that differences between the structures of governments are obvious, but the problems seem to be common. It is important to know, that the same problems are getting solved in different countries. Social workers of Germany also narrate about the experience of their country and the city in social sphere.
Magdeburg and Daugavpils have made up better commonwealth and this visit is another step in its development.
Delegation from Magdeburg is staying in Daugavpils till the 20th of October.
